The first step is to place your order on our website. Once you order, a FREE ashes kit will be posted to you with clear instructions on how to send your ashes safely to us. You should expect to receive your ashes kit within 3 working days or sooner. Any unused ashes will be returned to you with your finished order. 

Once we receive your ashes at our beautiful studio (pictured), we will immediately start making your jewellery. For peace of mind, we will also send you an email confirming safe delivery. You will be kept up to date throughout the process. 

This creation stage! We carefully blend a small amount of your ashes with resin & your chosen Opal colours. There are many delicate stages to the process, and when finished, the resin has the appearance of a glossy stone containing the ashes suspended within like floating flakes. You should expect to see the ashes inside of your item, mixed amongst the resin & stones/colour choice. This stage takes up to 14 days,

Upon completion your jewellery will be beautifully gift-wrapped with a luxury jewellery box for you to keep, and will include care instructions, a certificate of authenticity, and any unused ashes (if any).

Your items will be sent via a Royal Mail. signed for service and tracking information will be emailed to you. A signature will be required.
