FAQ's

How do I place my order?

You can order your piece of memorial jewellery from our website, or if you have a custom request, you can email hello@evergems.co.ukOnce the order is placed, we will send you a free ashes kits in the post to safely return your ashes to us. From our website, choose the colour of opals that you wish to incorporate with the ashes in your piece of jewellery. We will send you an email to confirm that your ashes have been safely received

How long will it take to make my piece of jewellery?

If you are ordering Sterling Silver jewellery, the finished item should be returned to you within 21 working days from when we receive back your ashes. If you are ordering a Gold piece, please allow around 6 weeks processing time as these jewellery pieces are individually crafted. We will keep you updated throughout the creation process.

What happens to the ashes?

Your loved ones or pets ashes will be treated with the upmost respect and care. We keep them in the sealed bag until it is time to add them to the resin. All customers orders are kept separately, and we only ever work on one order at a time, giving your order the attention and care that it deserves. Any unused ashes will be returned to you in a secure, delicate bottle.

Returns & Refunds

Kindly note that as each product is custom made we cannot offer a return unless: 

- the product does not match the order, or


- the product is faulty upon delivery 

In the unlikely event that the product(s) delivered does not match your order please contact us via email hello@evergems.co.uk outlining the problem and we will arrange the return. Please remember to indicate your original invoice number and the name your order was placed under. If the goods have a problem relating to the quality of the product, then a photograph/video as well as description of the problem should be emailed through to hello@evergems.co.uk for us to assess.

 Due to the short turnaround times & the custom nature of this service, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations.

Shipping Info

Upon receiving your order, we will send out your FREE Ashes Collection Pack within 2 business days. This will be delivered by Royal Mail and will conveniently arrive through your door without needing a signature. Upon receipt of the ashes in our studio, the creation of your piece will commence. We estimate around 21 days for this crafting and dispatch process. Please note, due to the natural factors influencing our Ashes Keepsake process, such as temperature affecting drying time, we can't expedite or guarantee earlier delivery. Our commitment to never compromising on quality ensures each piece receives the time and attention it deserves to be perfect. Upon completion, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping update, and a signature will be required. The completed order will be dispatched using a Royal Mail Tracked service. After we send out your order, it usually takes around 1-2 business days for it to arrive at your doorstep.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept most credit and debit cards for payment on the website, along with PayPal. We require the payment in full at the time of ordering.

How do I measure my ring size?

You can use a ring-sizer to accurately measure your ring size, or, you can pop into any local jeweller to ask them to measure for you. You can order cheap ring sizers on Amazon, most with next-day delivery. Please ensure that you measure accurately.

Can I have more than one colour in my piece of memorial jewellery?

Yes you can. Please pop a note into the notes section when ordering your item, and we will be able to accommodate this request for you.
